What you will do

  • Build a book of business from the ground up through direct prospecting, relationships, and referrals.
  • Manage the full consultative sales cycle, including research, objection handling, demoing, and closing.
  • Develop and present pricing proposals and statements of work.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to refine and master the value proposition.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Expertise in building a pipeline through proactive prospecting and "hunting".
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience demonstrating ROI through technology.
  • Proven experience selling to C-level executives with outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong preference for experience selling into the health insurance space (Carriers, Plans, Underwriting, or Actuarial).
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and Massachusetts law).
