What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
• Identify and execute opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal SEO specialists, paid advertising experts, and content writers to ensure client success.
• Manage client budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management.
• Proven track record of upselling and growing client accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO and paid advertising.
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (participation in E-Verify).
