What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB customers, focusing on payments adoption, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Drive increased gross payment volume and overall customer lifetime value.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to resolve payment-related questions and optimization needs.
- Conduct scaled business reviews and health check-ins to optimize Payments usage.
- Support the Acquisition team with product and commercial expertise on payment-specific calls.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and onboarding teams to improve customer experience and provide feedback.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in account management, customer success, or sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing high-volume SMB customer portfolios.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue, expansion, or retention goals.
- Strong communication skills to explain payments concepts to non-technical customers.
- Consultative, customer-first mindset with solid commercial acumen.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
