What you will do

  • Act as the primary strategic partner for assigned clients, owning the relationship end-to-end.
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and planning discussions.
  • Analyze digital media performance across paid social, programmatic, search, and display to provide strategic insights.
  • Identify and drive organic revenue growth within existing accounts by expanding scope and services.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal teams to ensure responsive and organized execution.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in account management or digital agency environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising channels and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to earn trust, manage expectations, and act as a strategic partner.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Must be based in CT, FL, MN, NC, NJ, OH, or TX.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Comfort managing multiple accounts and competing priorities simultaneously.
