Learning Designer (Healthcare SaaS): Lead end-to-end learning design for customers, partners, and internal teams across senior care and healthcare segments with an accent on workflow-based experiences, adoption enablement, and measurable outcomes. Location: Remote or Mississauga (Canada); remote roles require travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and meetings; hybrid roles require residing within commutable distance to office.

Salary: $81,000 - $90,000 CAD + bonus + benefits (Canadian locations).

What you will do

• Lead learning initiatives end-to-end: discovery, project planning, stakeholder collaboration, scoping workflow-based journeys aligned to customer lifecycle and product releases.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences in various formats (eCourses, videos, job aids, live events, in-app support) applying adult learning principles, visual design, accessibility, and AI tools.
• Define success metrics, collect and analyze data/feedback, evaluate impact, and drive continuous improvements with Learning Technology Specialists.
• Innovate practices by adopting new tools, templates, and approaches to enhance learning quality and relevance.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing/developing adult learning for software/complex processes.
• Expertise in learning methodologies (ADDIE, agile) including evaluation.
• Proven end-to-end leadership of learning projects with SMEs and customer teams.
• Advanced skills in authoring/visual tools (Articulate 360, Canva, Parta.io, Clueso, AI technologies).
• Experience delivering prescriptive recommendations grounded in workflows.
• Data-driven approach: define metrics, use surveys/usage data/feedback to iterate.
• Responsible use of AI for research, drafting, storyboarding, media, quality checks.

Nice to have

• Education/certification in instructional design or related field.
• Experience with healthcare software or LTPAC/senior living industry.
• Familiarity with hirify.global solutions and release cycles.
