Manager, Professional Learning (EdTech): Lead a team of Professional Learning Managers delivering training for K-12 educators with an accent on content design, team coaching, instructional innovation, and partner program management. Location: Remote (US). Available to travel up to 30% year-round and 50% during high-volume seasons.

Salary: $88,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of PLMs through 1:1s, observations, onboarding, and capacity planning to drive teacher success.
  • Design, build, and iterate professional learning content using educator feedback, NPS, and data, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Innovate delivery formats like asynchronous modules and hybrid workshops, grounded in adult learning theory and adapting to new product features.
  • Oversee Partner Program by sourcing partners, managing budgets, assigning sessions, and coaching based on post-session data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in professional learning, instructional design, or educational leadership
  • Experience managing direct reports and coaching to performance goals
  • Available to travel up to 30% year-round, 50% during high-volume seasons
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, literacy instruction, and K-12 landscape
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, and modern LMS platforms

Nice to have

  • Masters degree in education
  • Data-driven decision-making with pedagogical knowledge
