Salary: $88,000 - $100,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and coach a team of PLMs through 1:1s, observations, onboarding, and capacity planning to drive teacher success.
- Design, build, and iterate professional learning content using educator feedback, NPS, and data, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Innovate delivery formats like asynchronous modules and hybrid workshops, grounded in adult learning theory and adapting to new product features.
- Oversee Partner Program by sourcing partners, managing budgets, assigning sessions, and coaching based on post-session data.
Requirements
- 5+ years in professional learning, instructional design, or educational leadership
- Experience managing direct reports and coaching to performance goals
- Available to travel up to 30% year-round, 50% during high-volume seasons
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, literacy instruction, and K-12 landscape
- Proficiency with Salesforce, G-Suite, and modern LMS platforms

- Masters degree in education
