What you will do

• Design and develop interactive Articulate Storyline eLearning courses, video-based certifications, and micro-learning content.
• Create high-quality scripts, storyboards, scenarios, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and apply instructional design models to recommend effective training approaches.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear content.
• Review and enhance training materials to ensure instructional accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain and update existing learning assets to keep content aligned with product changes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an instructional designer or trainer in a technical position.
• High proficiency in Articulate Storyline, specifically creating Level 3 and Level 4 interactive experiences.
• Experience with Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with rapid development deadlines.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Formal qualification in Instructional Design and Content Development.
• Knowledge of Agile development techniques, object-oriented programming, and web development skills.
