Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Design and develop technical training materials, including video tutorials, eLearning modules, and simulations for the Civic Platform.
• Deliver live, virtual instructor-led training sessions for specific product areas.
• Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure training aligns with updates and user needs.
• Create supporting education materials such as course guides, scripts, assessments, and hands-on exercises.
• Administer and maintain content within hirify.global University applications to ensure accuracy and usability.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical training, with at least 2+ years in a software or SaaS environment.
• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting the hirify.global Civic Platform and associated applications.
• Proven experience creating self-paced eLearning and instructional videos using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate.
• Strong presentation, communication, and editing skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
