TL;DR

Salary: $84,800–$141,300 USD annually

What you will do

  • Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to identify training needs and recommend solutions
  • Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning courses, facilitation guides, and job aids using Articulate 360
  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align learning strategies with business goals
  • Test and validate courses in LMS platforms for seamless delivery
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve curriculum based on feedback
  • Serve as learning consultant for process improvements and organizational initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years in instructional design or training, preferably corporate
  • Expertise in ADDIE model and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review) and LMS platforms
  • Experience with system, process, or operational training programs
  • Strong needs analysis, instructional strategy, and curriculum design skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
