• Develop and manage initiatives to inspire athletic communities at scale.
• Support athletes and community leaders through the Athlete and Community Partnerships team.
• Convert high-level strategies into concrete actions through project management.
• Drive projects independently while remaining aligned with the broader team.
• Leverage data and feedback to refine and improve community programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris, France for a minimum 6-month internship.
• Work format: Hybrid (4 days per week on-site).
• Understanding of the creator and club landscape.
• High level of organization and pragmatic approach to prioritization.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive projects independently.
