What you will do

• Drive the Global Quality Digital Strategy and roadmap to improve compliance and performance.
• Lead execution of key initiatives including Batch Release Automation, Digital Batch Records, and Quality Analytics.
• Manage global digital QA projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability and alignment with IT architecture.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, IT, and Data teams to deploy and optimize digital solutions.
• Act as the primary digital Quality partner for factories, distribution centers, and external manufacturers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain within FMCG, Beauty, or Pharma.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and business process digitalization.
• Solid project management experience and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• English: Fluent (C1) mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Paris, Amsterdam, or Granollers.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French or Spanish.
