What you will do
- Partner with Sales Managers to analyze prospect needs and present technical architectures for long-term adoption.
- Lead onboarding of Key Accounts, including training workshops for IT teams and Power Users, and manage SOLID solution adjustments.
- Create reusable training assets like video snippets, FAQ guides, and query libraries to empower customer self-service.
- Resolve implementation issues through independent data querying and API/Database validation as a filter for Engineering.
- Translate field requirements into technical specifications for product updates to meet market demands.
Requirements
- Strong IT background in diverse systems and architectures, with ability to simplify complex concepts like APIs and Databases for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in data querying for troubleshooting, reporting, and system integration.
- Exceptional diplomatic and communication skills. Full professional proficiency in French and English is required.
- Stress-resistant, independent, eager to learn, and compliant with internal processes.

- Experience in truck/bus driving regulations or transport-related payroll management.
