About the Role

You will own the events calendar end to end: decide which conferences to attend, who from the team should go, and define clear business objectives for each appearance. You will plan and run hosted experiences and manage venue selection, merch, gifts, and all production details. You will lead Morpho-owned conferences from concept to execution, directing format, programming, production, and delivery. You will track speaking and sponsorship opportunities, coordinate external partners and organizers, and manage Morpho’s presence at third-party events. You will manage merch and branded collateral and lead the vision and creative direction for internal events, offsites, and team gatherings. You will set objectives, measure outcomes in terms of pipeline and relationships, and run post-mortems to improve future execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of events experience
• At least 3 years of experience in the crypto or Web3 space
• Proven track record running demand generation events and larger-scale productions end to end
• Strong project management skills across multiple internal and external teams
• Commercial mindset able to define objectives, drive follow-up, and measure pipeline outcomes
• Comfortable performing hands-on operational tasks during events
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong ownership and autonomy
• Clear and crisp communication across time zones and stakeholders
• Low ego and humility

• Define event playbooks and run post-mortems to measure outcomes
