What you will do

• Conduct research to uncover consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with data strategists to synthesize insights into clear strategic takeaways.
• Develop deliverables like competitive studies, audience personas, and creative briefs.
• Contribute to integrated marketing strategies and support creative development.
• Assist in campaign measurement, performance analysis, and strategy refinement.
• Collaborate across teams and present insights compellingly to clients.
• Immerse in travel and tourism for Las Vegas and Cayman Islands; craft social-first plans; travel 1-3 times per year.

Requirements

• 2+ years in strategy, brand planning, market research, or related fields
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, cultural analysis, and audience segmentation
• Basic knowledge of qualitative/quantitative research methods and tools
• Passion for storytelling, creative thinking, and brand-building
• Basic knowledge of social, digital, traditional media, and AI in marketing

Nice to have

• Familiarity with trend forecasting, audience research, and digital marketing best practices
