What you will do

• Execute narrative strategy across various markets, channels, and formats to increase brand visibility.
• Manage agency relationships and directly engage with journalists to drive earned media coverage.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to synthesize product developments and research into compelling stories.
• Brainstorm and build creative campaign ideas and assets to ensure the brand stands out.
• Act as the primary communications partner for the commercial team to highlight customer wins and partnerships.
• Coordinate communication efforts specifically targeting the UK, German, and French markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in traditional communications and PR roles.
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple European markets (primarily UK, France, and Germany).
• Track record of managing agency networks and maintaining journalist relationships.
• Strong creative capacity to develop original campaign ideas and content assets.
• Skill in turning complex technical or clinical proof points into accessible narratives.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK.
