Senior Director, Talent (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, or San Francisco, California, United States. Employees are expected to work from a hirify.global office 3+ days per week. Hub locations also include Nashville, Tennessee, and Santiago, Chile. A relocation stipend may be available for relocation to a hirify.global hub.

Salary: $292,000–$343,000 USD in San Francisco; $247,000–$290,000 USD in Denver.

What you will do

• Lead and scale the global talent acquisition function in line with business growth.
• Develop, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 15 talent acquisition professionals.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting strategy and outcomes.
• Use data, analytics, metrics, and reporting to improve hiring velocity and quality of hire.
• Integrate AI and other technology-driven tools into recruiting operations and candidate experience.
• Expand recruiting in LATAM, particularly in Santiago, Chile, while strengthening the employer brand.

Requirements

• 12+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling technical and non-technical recruiting teams.
• Experience recruiting in LATAM and knowledge of the regional talent landscape.
• Expertise in data analytics, industry benchmarks, AI, and technology-driven recruiting practices.
• Experience leading structured process or program changes and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, mentoring, vendor management, negotiation, and business judgment skills.
