What you will do

  • Serve as business partner to enterprise sales leadership, owning operational rhythm like forecast calls and pipeline reviews.
  • Design and optimize territory strategy across AMER private sector segments, including account assignment and automation.
  • Define pipeline management standards, forecasting methodologies, and health reporting for accuracy and coaching.
  • Build scalable SOPs, rules of engagement, and change management for sales processes.
  • Drive enhancements to Salesforce and revenue tech stack, lead cross-functional GTM programs.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy, 2+ years people management in Enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Expertise in territory planning, pipeline governance, forecasting, sales process design
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency (admin-level), SQL, Excel, BI platforms (Sigma, Tableau, Looker)
  • Track record scaling processes, strong communication for C-level stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel ~1x per quarter for QBRs and offsites
