Compensation Range: $200,000 - $287,500

What you will do

• Drive high-impact initiatives across the tech stack including NodeJS, Java, and React.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team including design and product management.
• Coordinate with sister teams such as Machine Learning, Container Services, billing, and cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to the product vision and drive strategic team planning.
• Develop scalable and high-performance features for hirify.global Notebooks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, specifically in backend or fullstack roles.
• Deep understanding of modern web application architecture and API design patterns.
• Proven expertise in security, performance, and system scalability.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience as an architect or tech lead for high-impact customer-facing projects.
• Must be located in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data development tools or data infrastructure.
• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) systems.
