Salary: $175,000 - $215,000 base pay

What you will do

• Develop high-quality web and mobile applications based on product requirements.
• Design and manage backend infrastructure, including database schemas, API architecture, and orchestration services.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle and end-to-end technical execution.
• Implement and productize novel machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Prototype technical tools for aircraft performance and dispatch settings.
• Collaborate with design, data science, and aviation experts to enhance product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of post-college work or entrepreneurial experience.
• Degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent evidence of outstanding technical achievement.
• End-to-end experience building frontend, backend, and cloud deployment.
• Proven track record via Github projects or open-source contributions.
• Ability to create intuitive, professional products without a dedicated design system.
• Strong understanding of implementing and training AI systems into SaaS products.
• Experience with serverless/micro-services and production-grade CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with k8s, S3, RDS, SQS, Lambda, Docker, and Temporal Orchestration Service.
• Strong passion for aviation and Urban Air Mobility (UAM).
• Ability to transition between mobile and web development.
