What you will do

• Develop and maintain CRE marketing tools using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to deliver high-quality features.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code for implementation, debugging, and documentation.
• Perform thorough code reviews and pair programming to share knowledge.
• Break down large projects into well-scoped, estimable components.
• Contribute to and expand the automated test suite using RSpec, Jest, and Playwright.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Multiple years of product software development experience in a SaaS environment.
• Deep knowledge of Ruby on Rails and a strong foundation in JavaScript/React.
• Experience using AI as a force multiplier in the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems collaboratively.
• Ownership mindset regarding code quality, testing, and accountability.
