Salary: $190K – $215K + Equity & Bonus

What you will do

• Architect and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend environments to drive direct customer value.
• Integrate and innovate using the latest artificial intelligence techniques and models.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure code quality and system scalability.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to iterate on the product based on real user feedback.
• Own the full lifecycle of a feature, from initial concept to implementation and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications.
• Experience with AI model integration and a strong interest in machine learning.
• Must be able to work from the New York City office 4 days per week.
• Outstanding communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
