Compensation: $116,400 – $204,100 USD

What you will do

• Drive technical direction and best practices for an Agile team building business-critical cloud applications.
• Design and deliver scalable, high-quality multi-tier SaaS solutions using React, Node.js, and Azure.
• Develop autonomous agent workflows and integrate AI to automate complex tax and regulatory processes.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and QA to ensure high-performance delivery.
• Mentor and coach engineering staff, providing guidance on career development and technical standards.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues within a 24/7/365 production environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of programming experience with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• 3+ years of experience building Single Page Applications using React.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native SaaS applications using Azure SQL.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI for design, coding, and problem resolution.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, DDD/OOD, and TDD/BDD methodologies.
• Must be able to appear onsite in Coppell, TX for the recruitment process and ongoing work.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Tax and Accounting industry.
• Experience with Angular or other frontend frameworks.
• Expertise in designing high-availability, multi-region cloud solutions.
