What you will do

• Ship meaningful product features using Node, TypeScript, React, and SQL across AWS/GCP.
• Adopt and model AI-native development workflows to accelerate implementation and improve development loops.
• Lead high-impact, ambiguous initiatives and design end-to-end features from problem definition to production.
• Mentor and elevate other engineers through pairing and transferring best practices.
• Own production system reliability, observability, and deployments, including on-call responsibilities.
• Modernize large, interconnected production codebases while maintaining stability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping products.
• Deep fluency in a modern typed web stack (Node, TypeScript, React, SQL).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong experience with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Proven track record of using AI tools to fundamentally improve development workflows.
• Experience owning services end-to-end, including monitoring and postmortems.
