Product Test Engineer (Mixed-Signal)

What you will do

• Develop next-generation production test solutions and NPI software.
• Design digital, power, and mixed-signal ATE board schematics and lead PCB layout reviews.
• Collaborate with IC design and validation engineers to resolve complex production issues.
• Translate technical datasheets into specific test hardware requirements.
• Drive initiatives for yield improvement and cost reduction.
• Support failure analysis and customer returns.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 2-8 years of experience in mixed-signal test hardware debug and high-volume production ramps.
• Deep understanding of circuit blocks (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, amplifiers) and digital protocols (I2C, SPI, I2S, TDM).
• Proficiency in data and yield analysis tools such as Spotfire, JMP, or Syntricity.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or UltraFlexPLUS platforms.
• Expertise in Python for automation or scripting.
• Familiarity with OTP, flash, and other non-volatile memory testing.
