What you will do

• Translate system requirements into robust hardware architectures.
• Design and develop instruments including power, analog, and microprocessor components.
• Perform schematic capture, simulation, and oversee physical PCB layout.
• Conduct prototype bring-up, debugging, and functional verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing and sustainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in electronic or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in mixed-signal design, embedded computing, and microprocessor architecture.
• Experience with miniature low-power systems, sensor integration, and wireless interfaces.
• Basic coding skills in C/C++/Assembly and FPGA firmware (VHDL/Verilog).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with signal and power integrity analysis tools like Hyperlinx or Ansys.
• Experience with miniature electronic packaging and chip-scale packages.
• Background in leading engineering teams or new product development.
