What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop next-gen high-speed networking PHY Serdes IP/ICs.
• Collect and analyze massive bench data to drive tuning parameters and ensure product quality.
• Characterize electrical parameters including Tx jitters, CDR loops, CTLE, and PLL.
• Tune internal circuits such as peaking, bandwidth, and adaptation algorithms to optimize operating margins.
• Participate in system-level hardware design and work with layout teams to build engineering boards.
• Create and maintain bench automation libraries using Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• 1-3 years of related experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
• Strong knowledge of Analog and Mixed-Signal systems.
• Solid understanding of modern high-speed PHY/SerDes.
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
