What you will do

• Handle quote requests and inbound sales queries to meet agreed service levels and targets.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with regional sales teams and intermediary firms.
• Perform follow-up activities, including quote chases and discovery calls.
• Onboard firms to the digital application system.
• Document all interactions and quotes within Salesforce to provide market insight.
• Monitor sales activity and escalate concerns to ensure compliance with Consumer Duty requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in telephone-based sales or customer support with the ability to influence decisions.
• Confidence in presenting information clearly and engagingly.
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in the annuity and retirement income market.
• Strong organizational skills and high accuracy when managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Cardiff, UK.
