What you will do

• Lead client engagements as the primary focus, working in embedded client teams or multidisciplinary fixed-price project teams.
• Work with clients to understand needs, help shape solutions, and contribute to business development.
• Support project delivery from day one through business and functional analysis.
• Contribute to architecture and/or project management depending on the project scope.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities when required.
• Share knowledge within the team and build trusted client relationships.

Requirements

• Master’s degree completed recently, ideally in business, IT, economics, or management.
• First experience in Business/IT Consulting or a relevant domain.
• Strong interest in consulting and digital transformation, with a business & tech mindset connecting business needs to IT solutions.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French, with good working knowledge of the other national language.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships and familiarity with business development approaches.
