TL;DR

Virtual Relationship Manager (Banking): Proactively connect with retail customers via digital channels to understand their financial needs and aspirations with an accent on building trusted relationships and providing clear product information. Focus on exploring financial goals, delivering outstanding service, and supporting informed choices.

Location: Hybrid in Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man (at least two days per week or 40% of time in office sites); hours 8am-8pm with Saturday mornings availability.

Salary: £33,204 to £42,276 depending on location

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for customer service, building strong connections, listening, empathising, and building trust.
  • Proactive approach: ownership of diary, plan and prioritise customer engagement aligned to financial goals.
  • Broad understanding of product range and market environment.
  • Conscientious and collaborative: manage priorities, work with rigor and integrity across teams.
  • Clear, confident, empathetic communication skills, explaining complex info simply.
  • Role-model values: put customers first, keep it simple, make a difference.
