Virtual Relationship Manager (Banking): Proactively connect with retail customers via digital channels to understand their financial needs and aspirations with an accent on building trusted relationships and providing clear product information. Location: Hybrid in Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man (at least two days per week or 40% of time in office sites); hours 8am-8pm with Saturday mornings availability.

Salary: £33,204 to £42,276 depending on location
