What you will do
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for client queries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Coordinate campaign delivery, including managing timelines and asset collection.
- Maintain internal trackers, CRM entries, and workflow documentation.
- Extract performance data from internal systems and analytics tools to support client reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and media operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvements for better efficiency.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and manage deliverables across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for relationship management.
