TL;DR

Relationship Manager (Wealth Management): Develop business-to-business relationships with Appointed Representatives by providing objective advice on strategy, structure, management, and operations to maximise business development aligned with corporate objectives. Focus on collaborating with AR owners to deliver tailored strategies and plans, contributing to on-boarding new ARs, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Location: Homebased, United Kingdom (You must be based in Central Region - Birmingham down to South Coast - or London/Southeast area as there will be travel on a regular basis at least 3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Develop B2B relationships with Appointed Representatives (ARs) by providing advice and assistance on strategy, structure, management, and operations to maximise their business growth.
  • Work with ARs to understand their goals and collaborate with owners to deliver strategies and plans achieving short-, medium-, and long-term objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to provide coordinated support to ARs, fostering team collaboration and navigating complex political environments.
  • Contribute to effective on-boarding of new ARs as the business grows.
  • Work compliantly with Risk, Compliance, and other hirify.global functions to ensure integrated client offerings and good customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Wealth of experience in financial services sales environment with deep understanding of AR principals and Advisers operations.
  • Broad understanding of how Firms and Advisers work, building strong professional relationships.
  • Experience operating in a Financial Advice network.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product sectors, distribution channels, industry, regulatory landscapes, wealth/mortgage/protection propositions, platforms, and asset gathering.
  • Good knowledge of Compliance requirements and operating in a risk-managed environment.
  • Must be based in Central Region (Birmingham to South Coast) or London/Southeast for regular regional travel (at least 3 days a week).
