TL;DR

Associate Account Manager (SaaS): Support management of customer portfolio and full lifecycle from onboarding to renewal with an accent on driving retention, growth opportunities, and adoption. Focus on building customer success plans, tracking performance data, and partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Location: Hybrid in London (Liverpool Street office, 3 days a week)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + OTE (depending on experience)

What you will do

  • Support customer account management to drive retention and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and execute customer success plans, track progress, and coordinate actions
  • Develop expertise in hirify.global’s platform to assist with onboarding, adoption, and best practices
  • Prepare for and contribute to customer meetings, check-ins, reviews, and renewals
  • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams
  • Track performance and usage data to spot risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to improving customer success processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • Early career experience or strong interest in customer success, account management, or commercial SaaS/tech roles
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships and present ideas clearly
  • Curious, eager to learn, and focused on understanding customer needs
  • Commercially aware with interest in renewals, expansion, and revenue growth
  • Comfortable with new tools, data-driven decisions, organization, and multitasking
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
