What you will do

• Define and own regional chain strategy aligned with global objectives to drive revenue and market share.
• Lead and manage Regional Chains team, providing coaching and ensuring KPI delivery.
• Own senior-level relationships with key hotel chains as executive sponsor and escalation point.
• Identify and prioritize new chain opportunities and oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
• Drive portfolio performance through pricing, inventory optimization, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with contracting, connectivity, sales, and marketing teams for alignment and execution.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (additional regional languages beneficial).
• Extensive contracting and commercial experience in hotel/travel industry.
• Proven ability to build and manage senior-level strategic partnerships with hotel chains.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years in hotel contracting, chain management, or strategic commercial roles in OTAs/bedbanks.
• Strong strategic leadership, people management, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Experience leading multi-market or regional teams.
• Strong understanding of dynamic/static contracting models across regions.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
• Willingness to travel frequently within region and internationally.
