What you will do
- Source, evaluate, and execute student housing acquisition and development opportunities in US markets.
- Lead underwriting, financial analysis, and evaluation of investments with associates and analysts.
- Collaborate with development, capital markets, asset management, and property management teams on post-closing strategies.
- Manage negotiations, due diligence, legal documentation (LOI, PSA, JV agreements), and investment committee materials.
- Build relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, and partners to position as student housing leader.
- Mentor and develop investment team members on sourcing, underwriting, and execution.
Requirements
- 6β10 years experience in student housing or multifamily development/acquisitions with successful track record.
- Established network in student housing or real estate investment community.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
- Bachelorβs or masterβs degree in real estate, finance, business, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
