What you will do

• Source, evaluate, and execute student housing acquisition and development opportunities in US markets.
• Lead underwriting, financial analysis, and evaluation of investments with associates and analysts.
• Collaborate with development, capital markets, asset management, and property management teams on post-closing strategies.
• Manage negotiations, due diligence, legal documentation (LOI, PSA, JV agreements), and investment committee materials.
• Build relationships with brokers, investors, lenders, and partners to position as student housing leader.
• Mentor and develop investment team members on sourcing, underwriting, and execution.

Requirements

• 6–10 years experience in student housing or multifamily development/acquisitions with successful track record.
• Established network in student housing or real estate investment community.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in real estate, finance, business, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
