What you will do

• Lead operational excellence at the Nogales, AZ Distribution Center to ensure high service levels and on-time deliveries.
• Manage distribution teams using servant leadership and establish daily performance plans based on volume.
• Implement and lead corporate programs such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Management.
• Analyze and report daily KPI metrics, weekly scorecards, and safety updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and drive operational efficiency improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Manage daily, monthly, and annual financial goals and maintain operational SOP documents.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant supply chain or manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in end-to-end supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, scheduling, or logistics.
• Ability to drive and lead a progressive safety culture.
• Proven experience operating within an ERP environment.
• Location: Position based in Nogales, AZ

Nice to have

• Supply Chain and Six Sigma certification (e.g., APICS, Lean Six Sigma, PMP).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead role.
