What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule delivery routes for drivers and dispatch associates.
• Oversee product loading and unloading processes prior to driver launch.
• Review daily orders to ensure METRC data matches internal invoices.
• Manage communications between brand partners and retail shops to resolve delivery and order issues.
• Prepare essential documentation including COAs, invoices, and AP summaries for next-day deliveries.
• Supervise dispatch associates and drivers within assigned territories.

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, stretch, and twist.
• Ability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via phone and email.
• Basic math skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Canhirify.global or METRC.
• 2 years of specific dispatch or distribution experience.
• High attention to detail and technological proficiency.
• Quick mental math skills.
