What you will do
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Account Executives, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Develop high-performance sales culture focused on success, ownership, and growth.
- Manage full enterprise sales process, pipeline, forecasting, and resources in assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities, focus on new logo acquisition, and handle cross-selling/upselling with existing accounts.
- Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and collaborate with regional partners on joint opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Upper Intermediate or higher English (B2+ verbal and written).
- 8+ years in quota-carrying sales roles and 3+ years team management experience.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales to large enterprises, long sales cycles, and C-level relationships.
- Proven track record meeting quarterly/annual targets; strong personal network in Poland.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
