What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Account Executives, setting goals and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develop high-performance sales culture focused on success, ownership, and growth.
  • Manage full enterprise sales process, pipeline, forecasting, and resources in assigned territory.
  • Generate new business opportunities, focus on new logo acquisition, and handle cross-selling/upselling with existing accounts.
  • Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and collaborate with regional partners on joint opportunities.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
  • Upper Intermediate or higher English (B2+ verbal and written).
  • 8+ years in quota-carrying sales roles and 3+ years team management experience.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS sales to large enterprises, long sales cycles, and C-level relationships.
  • Proven track record meeting quarterly/annual targets; strong personal network in Poland.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM, No/Low-Code, or workflow automation software.
