What you will do

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Poland and broader markets.
• Own the full sales process from initial cold outreach and discovery to final contract signatures.
• Manage long-term consultative sales cycles (6–18 months), including technical pilots and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to localize the value proposition for the Polish regulatory landscape.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with TSOs, DSOs, EPCs, and consulting firms.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a BDM or Account Executive selling complex enterprise software to utility companies.
• Experience with Digital Twins, GIS, CAD, physics-based simulation, or grid software.
• Fluency in Polish and professional proficiency in English are required.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Ability to work autonomously while leveraging global support teams.
