hirify.global (DeoVR) is a leading immersive streaming technology company building the next generation of Spatial Media through interaction, multi-user presence, and AI.

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both engineering and business roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers from the initial stage to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive employer branding activities and implement fresh ideas to strengthen the brand.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences, and community meetups to expand the talent network.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong sourcing skills and a strategic understanding of how to find top talent.
  • Proven experience partnering with hiring managers from Lead to Executive level.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Russian language skills are a plus.
