Talent Acquisition Partner (HR/Recruiting): Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for tech and non-tech roles across various industries with an accent on sourcing high-caliber talent and strategic stakeholder partnership. Focus on building talent pipelines, executing innovative sourcing strategies, and scaling ventures within the hirify.globalverse ecosystem.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: 2600 – 3300 EUR/month

hirify.global is an operational venture builder that helps startups grow by providing systems, teams, and infrastructure across health, wellness, beauty, and travel industries.

What you will do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop long-term talent strategies.
  • Identify and attract high-caliber tech and non-tech talent globally.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives and projects to support company scaling.
  • Manage offer processes and nurture long-term relationships with candidate networks.

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment experience in corporate and/or startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience hiring for Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Business Development roles.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate assessment.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern recruiting automation tools.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required.
