What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for business and tech roles, from briefing and sourcing to offer and close.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates beyond inbound applications to build strategic pipelines.
- Partner closely with hiring managers in product, engineering, and business to manage expectations and coordinate hiring.
- Design and drive a standout candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Implement and experiment with AI-driven sourcing, engagement tools, and process automations.
- Shape employer branding and community initiatives to tell the company story externally.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, covering both business and tech roles.
- Proven track record of proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work setup.
- Strong curiosity for AI and hiring automation tools.
Nice to have
- Startup or scale-up experience.
- Experience operating as a sole recruiter or in a very small TA team.
