What you will do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for business and tech roles, from briefing and sourcing to offer and close.
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates beyond inbound applications to build strategic pipelines.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers in product, engineering, and business to manage expectations and coordinate hiring.
  • Design and drive a standout candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Implement and experiment with AI-driven sourcing, engagement tools, and process automations.
  • Shape employer branding and community initiatives to tell the company story externally.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, covering both business and tech roles.
  • Proven track record of proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work setup.
  • Strong curiosity for AI and hiring automation tools.

Nice to have

  • Startup or scale-up experience.
  • Experience operating as a sole recruiter or in a very small TA team.
