What you will do

  • Serve as strategic owner for paid media agency across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and B2B channels, managing budgets, pacing, and performance accountability.
  • Design and activate ABM plays with intent audiences in 6sense, aligned to account tiers and sales priorities across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise.
  • Build multi-segment campaigns optimized for different buyer personas, velocities, and conversion paths.
  • Maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and feedback loops with Marketing Ops for accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Deliver performance reports, run experiments, and optimize based on CPL, ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years B2B performance marketing, 3+ years SaaS
  • Hands-on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager expertise
  • Experience with multiple buyer segments (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and ABM platforms like 6sense
  • Strong attribution skills: GCLID, offline conversions, UTM, HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Agency management: setting strategy, reviews, accountability
  • Pipeline reporting and presenting to leadership

  • Multi-product sales velocities (high-velocity SMB + long enterprise cycles)
