What you will do

  • Administer and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce integration for workflows, forms, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages.
  • Drive marketing automation best practices using AI for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and scalability.
  • Establish data integrity with standardized UTM usage, source tracking, and attribution models.
  • Research and integrate emerging marketing technologies and AI tools for personalization and predictive analytics.
  • Provide operational support for multi-channel campaigns including email, paid media, and events.
  • Optimize audience segmentation, lead routing, and sales handoffs using orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and conduct performance analysis to deliver actionable ROI recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or related role in B2B SaaS or demand-focused environments.
  • Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub for end-to-end campaign infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of UTMs, attribution models, and key marketing funnel metrics.
  • Proven experience operationalizing and analyzing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborative mindset to partner cross-functionally and improve processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-first approach, and commitment to documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with orchestration platforms like LeanData or Qualified.
