TL;DR

Senior Growth Marketing Manager (AI): Own demand generation engine across paid, organic, and outbound channels with an accent on driving measurable pipeline outcomes. Location: Remote in the US

Compensation: $150,000 to $175,000 + Equity + Benefits + 401(k) Match

Building the operating system for conversation performance using hyper-realistic AI-powered training simulations and intelligent QA for frontline teams in high-stakes interactions across industries like healthcare, customer service, and sales.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, creative testing, bidding, and budget pacing
  • Manage LinkedIn agency relationship, SEO roadmap execution, keyword strategy, and content/landing page shipping with freelancers and agencies
  • Build and optimize outbound sequences, nurture programs in HubSpot, and prospecting/enrichment using Clay
  • Develop ABM motion including target account selection, tiered engagement, and sales coordination
  • Maintain pipeline reporting dashboards, run weekly tests on landing pages, ads, emails, and synthesize analytics from GA4, Search Console, HubSpot
  • Manage relationships with paid media, SEO, web, and HubSpot vendors, holding them accountable to pipeline metrics

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years owning demand generation directly
  • AI Fluency (Required): Actively embed AI into daily workflows for writing, research, analysis, and operations; provide specific examples
  • Demonstrated track record of building pipeline, not just MQLs
  • Hands-on experience running paid media autonomously, outbound tools, email sequencing, and HubSpot
  • Familiarity with ABM principles; fast executor comfortable in ambiguity with strong analytical and vendor management skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot, Clay, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Claude, Zapier
