Program Manager, ISV Ecosystem

Location: Hybrid role in San Francisco, California, United States

Annual base salary: $144,000–$198,000 USD for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end governance for a cross-functional ISV ecosystem program spanning Okta and Auth0.
• Define operating rhythms, milestones, success metrics, risk mitigation strategies, and program frameworks.
• Use AI to define, build, and document processes that improve program efficiency.
• Own reporting for C-level executives and cross-functional leadership while communicating program vision and progress.
• Orchestrate cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and drive stakeholder accountability.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for critical strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or GTM/product-focused roles.
• Proven success managing complex, high-stakes cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical and financial acumen, with the ability to learn new domains quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Practical expertise in enterprise software and highly integrated technology products.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with senior Product and Engineering leaders on C-level programs.
• Direct GTM or Product Operations experience.
• Knowledge of platform business models and the enterprise security landscape.
• STEM or business-related degree.
