What you will do
- Drive new business sales and expand existing accounts within the Central and Eastern Europe region.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to position security solutions to board-level executives.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and professional services teams to develop solutions and lead workshops.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with channel and service partners.
- Develop detailed account and opportunity plans to optimize regional strategy.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and manage sales pipelines via CRM tools.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German languages.
- Fluent Polish language.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales and achieving pipeline goals.
- Deep understanding of the security market, cloud migration, and digital transformation trends.
- Experience working within matrixed organizations.
- Ability to rebuild distressed accounts into high-producing customers.
