What you will do

• Act as a consultant to GTM managers to align people strategies with revenue goals and sales cycles.
• Deliver cyclical talent programs, including performance cycles, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
• Manage employee relations, providing guidance on performance concerns, conflicts, and investigations.
• Analyze engagement data, turnover trends, and hiring metrics to provide actionable GTM insights.
• Collaborate with People Centers of Excellence to tailor programs to GTM needs.
• Champion company values to strengthen employee engagement and organizational health.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience, with 2+ years as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success.
• Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Strong business acumen regarding sales models, customer journeys, and performance metrics.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to streamline HR workflows and administrative tasks.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, and able to work onsite 3 days per week.
• No visa sponsorship available.
