TL;DR
Director, People Business Partner (SaaS): Driving organizational health and high performance for GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with an accent on scalable people strategies and organizational design. Focus on translating ambitious growth objectives into workforce planning and leading complex change management initiatives.
Location: Hybrid (New York City, NY) — must work in office 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is NOT available.
Salary: $200,000 - $255,000

What you will do
- Act as a primary advisor to GTM Executives on organizational design, succession planning, and executive coaching.
- Optimize GTM team structures to ensure alignment between business goals and execution.
- Lead the talent management lifecycle, focusing on high-stakes succession and the development of high-potential leaders.
- Champion complex change management initiatives and foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Utilize advanced people analytics to drive proactive solutions for retention, engagement, and performance.
- Partner with People Centers of Excellence to design programs tailored for high-velocity GTM environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior PBP role supporting GTM, Sales, or Marketing in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Proven ability to influence C-suite and VP-level leadership with strong executive presence.
- Deep understanding of GTM business models, sales cycles, and performance metrics (quotas, churn, CAC).
- Experience leading people strategies during rapid scaling or international expansion.
- Expert ability to use data and AI-driven insights to streamline organizational design and talent analytics.
- Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR/Organizational Development).
- High-level HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
