Location: Remote (US-based, with quarterly travel)
Salary: Zone A: $114,330 - $148,640 + equity + benefits; Zone B: $125,763 - $163,504 + equity + benefits; Zone C: $137,196 - $178,368 + equity + benefits; Zone D: $148,629 - $193,232 + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Serve as lead HRBP to senior leaders in EPDD, Tech Services, and Cyber Security, aligning people strategy, workforce plans, and org design to technical goals.
- Coach technical leaders on people leadership, team effectiveness, performance, and change management.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliant outcomes and coaching on best practices.
- Partner on organizational design, talent profiles, leveling, compensation, and full-cycle performance management.
- Use data insights to identify trends and drive action plans in partnership with People Analytics.
- Steward culture and values, fostering inclusive and psychologically safe environments in technical teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent; 8+ years in HRBP/Talent Partner roles supporting technical organizations in complex environments.
- 3+ years supporting senior executives (VP+), ideally CTO/CIO/CISO-level.
- Experience with employee relations, investigations, performance issues, and high-risk matters.
- Proven skills in org design, workforce planning, performance, and change management in fast-paced tech companies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret people data and influence leaders.
- Excellent communication; experience with distributed, remote-first technical teams; ability to travel at least once per quarter.
