What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers (up to 5,000 devices).
- Onboard customers, establish processes, and set up regular cadence calls.
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc technical consultancy.
- Oversee root cause analysis for priority cases and manage professional services work orders.
- Conduct discovery calls, gather requirements, and provide feedback to development team.
- Contribute to webinars, documentation, knowledge base, and SRT testing.
Requirements
- Fluent French & English speaker
- Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions (implementation, support, solutions architect) with direct customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of mobile technologies, Android, iOS, Windows OS.
- Robust networking knowledge (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, firewalls, routing).
- Windows Server administration (LDAP/AD, services, troubleshooting).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Enterprise Mobility, Windows Server, MS SQL.
- Fluency in other languages.
